Our Origin And Services
DBLICCO Services LLC – DiGiovanni Building Land Inspections Consultant Contracting Organization was founded by Mr. DiGiovanni, a passionate professional with a mission to deliver positive progress for future success and mitigate liabilities for all types of property owners, investors, developers, and construction management organizations.
Mr. DiGiovanni’s technical specialties and extensive experience in managing construction development workforce, resolving subcontractor disputes, and coordinating all aspects of construction and inspections have been instrumental in shaping our services. His attention to quality control, quality assurance, and risk mitigation ensures that all our reports are thoroughly reviewed for the safety of the property, its occupants, or active project workforce.
Our services extend to all aspects of project turn-over, including the enforcement of commissioning of all MEP work, all punch list, transmittals, and owner training. We are proud of our history and our commitment to providing high-quality property inspections, reporting, and consulting services.
our Background and credentials
Mr. DiGiovanni is a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology with a Master of Science focus/major in construction management. He also holds a Bachelor of Science from St. Peter’s College (now University), where he was a collegiate athlete and defensive captain/team leader. He carries this same sense of team leadership into all aspects of business to better serve all of our clients.
His professional journey in the building industry spans over 20 years, beginning in his early teenage years working for small to midsize family-owned General Contracting companies and Landscape Construction contractors. His in-field experience includes working as a union foreman on large commercial, residential, and historic projects, such as the Meadowlands Xanadu (current American Dream Project) in East Rutherford NJ, Crystal Point 42 story residential building in Jersey City NJ, and The Beacon Historic Residential Development.
Mr. DiGiovanni holds all required Home Inspection Certificates from NJ state institution Inspection21, and has passed the PSI State facilities National Home Inspector Exam. He is also OSHA 30 certified, holds a NYC DOB scaffold certificate, and all rough terrain lift operator certificates.
He is insured and licensed for NJ home inspections and has extensive experience with Procore Project Management software, PlanGrid construction software, Microsoft office products, Quick bid / On screen take off, Plexxis construction accounting & management, and NYC SST (safety certification).
